Sales Development Representative

Full Time | On Site | Burlington ON Headquarters

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact, qualify and close inbound leads and previous customers

• Set qualified appointments for the sales team

• Maintain a high daily dial volume

• Update pipeline daily in the CRM

• Daily role playing, training, and call reviews

Qualifications:

• High Ticket sales training (Cole Gordon, Jeremy Miner, Jordan Belfort, or equivalents)

• Exceptional sales and closing instincts

• Door-to-door salespeople, gym membership sales experience, as well as high ticket closing experience is generally a great fit

• You must be a student of sales, always looking to improve

Hours:

This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm and including some Saturdays (no remote work).

The Nitty-Gritty:

• The job entails hitting the phone every day of the week, making over 100 dials per day. It takes a driven individual who has serious goals and ambition to succeed in this role.

• This is not a pit stop or casual job. There is room to advance to higher positions and work with elite customers, but that is reserved for high performers. If that’s you, we want to meet.

Compensation:

Uncapped commissions on sales. OTE puts you in the range of $85,000-$95,000/yr.
