We run international-level events and attract speakers like Alex Rodriguez, Grant Cardone, Kevin O'Leary, Robert Herjavec, Jordan Belfort.

Because of our success, we offer consulting and services to other conferences and workshops across North America to help them scale and increase their revenue.

About The Role

As a Closer, you will engage with primarily warm, inbound leads through a one- or two-call close process conducted over Google Meet. This role is ROI-driven and demands a strong business and leadership approach.

Having a packed calendar full of qualified appointments will not be a concern. We need help managing and closing these appointments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline

• Conduct a minimum of 80-100 live meetings per month (approximately 5-8/day or 25/week)

• Coordinate and communicate with appointment setters to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads

Job Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience in business, marketing, sales, and/or coaching programs

• Must be proactive, driven, coachable, and possess a dominant energy

• High-level sales training and mastery of the process (Cole Gordon, Jeremy Miner, Jordan Belfort programs, or equivalent, are preferred)

Hours

This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm and including some Saturdays (no remote work).

Compensation

On Target Earnings of at least $154,000 with potential to make $350,000, including bonuses.
